A workshop on earthquake disaster scenario development was held in Ward 16 on August 12, 2017. Based on the scenario, an action plan for reducing earthquake risks will be prepared. 6th Local Platform Workshop in Lalitpur

A three-day community search and rescue training was conducted from March 10 to 12, 2017 at the Disaster Risk Management Training Center (DMTC) in Kurintar, Chitwan for 24 youths from Ward 16 of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City.
